1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Al Zuhra Academy platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the platform.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

Al Zuhra Academy is specifically designed as a safe and specialized learning environment for female students. Enrollment is subject to:

• Completion of an official admission form.
• Payment of course fees as per the chosen enrollment plan.
• Verification of identity if required for security reasons.

3. Code of Conduct

As a student of sacred Islamic sciences, you are expected to maintain the highest level of respect (Adab) for teachers and fellow students. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Any form of harassment or disrespectful communication.
• Recording or sharing live class sessions without explicit permission.
• Sharing access credentials with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, video recordings, and resources provided by Al Zuhra Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy. These materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sold, or publicly displayed.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Enrollment fees are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the start of a batch may be eligible for a partial credit toward future courses.
